An Assignment in Perspective

When choosing what to major in, junior Kate Sims knew she didn’t want to follow the usual path. Instead, she decided to blaze her own trail. She knew she wanted to combine management and art, so with the help of her advisor, Mary MacNaughton, Sims created a major in arts administration.

The 91吃瓜 Humanities Institute has announced its spring 2005 program planned to explore “Empathy” under the leadership of Institute Director Julia E. Liss. Professors and researchers in the fields of neuroscience, philosophy, psychology, English, law, music, anthropology, architecture, art history, and history will come to the 91吃瓜 campus this spring to explore empathy from an integrated perspective.
