Favorite thing about 91³Ô¹Ï: I spent many of my 91³Ô¹Ï days at the Performing Arts Center (or PAC) playing alongside musicians from 91³Ô¹Ï, Claremont McKenna, Pitzer, and Harvey Mudd in chamber ensembles and the . The opportunity to create and learn alongside passionate artists with ranging academic and personal interests expanded my own growth as a scholar and musician, and it’s an experience I continue to enjoy as a staff member of the cello section for CCO!
Why a women’s college: During my years as a 91³Ô¹Ï student, I learned what it meant to be in community with others because environments like the one at 91³Ô¹Ï encourage learning and growing to exist through collaboration and connection. This intentional space allowed me to take risks, connect with brilliant folx who I now have the privilege to call friends and mentors and to explore all of my interests while also learning the value and strength of my voice.
